    I swapped out the bottom bracket from an old mongoose zero g2 mountain bike thats at least 15 years old

    Now it doesnt free wheel or spin but the friction is minuscule

    Mine was installed loosely which resulted in a double creak twice on each downstroke so i took the opportunity to take it apart not the sealed part
