Pros

The ac15c1 takes pedals beautifully. The tremolo and reverb aren't the greatest, those are more of a fender thing anyway. The weight (about 50 lbs) and the lack of an included foot switch are really the only two cons. But with a nice folding cart like...  Read More

The clean chime is amazing. The normal channel is the answere for many desiring a darker tone. When you crank it up it gives you the perfect brittish sounding growl.

This amp is a great bargain but needs a couple tweak as described. The only issue i've had with the amp is the sound of distortion pedals through it.

The sound of this amp is so clean that i can play my acoustic and my electric trough this amp and both sounds perfect. This amp sounds unbelievable with a stratocaster. Sure, a rickenbacker is almost the ultimate guitar to play through a vox.

Cons

Amp was made better, but still has a *, overloaded sound. Even at low gain, the amp still sounds *.

Packaging/appearance

Well the ac15c1 implements those popular mods and what you end up with is an amp thats awesome right out of the box

Competitiveness

Third and last i wish it came with a footswitch to turn the trem and verb onoff and switch between the top boost and normal channels

Its a value at full price also

The  fender hot rod deluxetm iii black  is probably its most direct competitor but while the fender sounds...  Read More
