Pros & Cons
Pros

It's loud enough for small venues and jamming with a controlled drummer. Headroom is just the extent to which you can play without distortion at the volume you want.
The clean chime is amazing. The normal channel is the answere for many desiring a darker tone. When you crank it up it gives you the perfect brittish sounding growl.
This amp is a great bargain but needs a couple tweak as described. The only issue i've had with the amp is the sound of distortion pedals through it.
The sound of this amp is so clean that i can play my acoustic and my electric trough this amp and both sounds perfect. This amp sounds unbelievable with a stratocaster. Sure, a rickenbacker is almost the ultimate guitar to play through a vox.
Cons
Amp was made better, but still has a *, overloaded sound. Even at low gain, the amp still sounds *.
Highlights
Quality
The quality of the asiamade stuff has improved a lot
Sound quality is perfectly equal between the two
The features are covered in detail in the product literature and by other reviewers so ill jump right to my perspective after a year of use
That overdrive does not interfere with the vox tone at all
