Pros

When you really exhale the sound is so strong it may hurt your own ears. Sometimes even running in with an expectant wag.

These whistles work great for scaring coyotes away. We go for predawn walks with our small dogs where many coyotes roam.

Cons

Buyer beware. Nothing like a durable coach's whistle as advertised. Lanyards cords are not very sturdy.
