Pros

The vmx-3t is a solid quality built magnifier that is money well spent. Not intended for 500 yds, but works great at 100 yds and in on identifying a threat. I companion mine with the vortex red dot.

Very sturdy with no wiggle. Works excellent 50-100yrds. Great clarity.

First of all, it works, as advertised and does it well. Works perfect and very accurate 100 yrds. Simple to install and great lifetime unconditional guarantee. Free of charge. Great product and awesome customer service.

Cons

They are not ground carefully so there are imperfections in the curvature of one or more of the lenses.

My gripe is that it also magnifies the red dot. It looks really rigid and the finish is nice, but after 20 rounds the reticle shifts from the dead center to the upper right corner.

Somehow they need to rectify this mount issue with a real solution, rather than a rigged solution padded by marketing hype. The branding they slap all over everything they make is ridiculous.

It's awkward and cumbersome to operate like that. You need to reach to the front of the scope to depress the button. It flips to the wrong direction and turning it around puts the button to the back side of it.

Waiting for my romeo 5 so i haven’t mounted it yet but when i pulled it out of the box i could just feel the quality

This is something they remedied with the micro but at a 50 price increase

I wanted absolute cowitness so had to use the included shim to bring it more in line with the rdo as opposed to lower 13 cowitness

Well built and at a decent price married right up with my romeo5 without a problem did need to buy a cover separately though

I purchased this magnifier to pair with a holosun hs510c

Mated perfectly with my eotech red dot

Also maybe not discontinued but has been replaced with a newer model
