Its kind of amazing that you can have binoculars this good for 70


But in summary these are simply great for the money

And the weight savings would be nice in the pack

Competitiveness


The image quality is better than any other pair of youth binos weve tried


I use the vortex viper hd 8x42 and have been very pleased with the brand


For this reason i plan to upgrade him to different vortex binos as soon as hes ready for a heavier pair

    I suspect the physics of the sizelenses limited how close this could be but its disappointing given how much my son and i suspect other young nature lovers enjoys looking at bugs reptiles amphibians etc

    For a child i hope to find a set one to two ounces lighter but they are not that heavy to start with and weight costs more then should be spent on a binocular for a child
