Pros
Mount seems to hold a large 20x60x80 spotting scope snug. Went to klamath basin to view the over-wintering birds (thousands) the scope is of considerable size. This is the kind of tripod i want i hope they make one.
Love the sturdiness on my car window. Not perfect - but sturdier than cheapos. The metal is very solid and heavy, not flimsy at all.
This is a substantial and very smooth car window mount that i've mated with a leupold 12-40x60. Seems to have very solid * for the window, the horizontal swivel and vertical swivel motion. The vortex clamp is the best by far, and i would buy another.
Cons
Heavy duty, heavy and so very hard to adjust i'm afraid to attach it to my window. It is either very sloppy or locked down. Everything in between is erratic.
Truly mediocre. Pittifully badly produced. Worked great for one day. Now it's useless.
