Pros

Fan swivels left and right and also rotates up & down. Vornado makes awesome fans that punch above their weight.

The flippi is louder than i thought it would (especially on the high setting). It works great. It’s not too loud and cool nicely.

Sits next to me at my desk everyday. Comes handy if you need to take this with you during travel. It fits perfectly on my office desk. It folds up and is easy to put away for storage.

Cons

Low pushes almost no air and high is very loud. It has almost no circulation of air. The rating is purely on size for the price.

One of these works ok to power wind chimes from 8”, the second fan puts out almost no air, won’t even move chime from 2”. I have a cheap $5 usb fan that is smaller but quieter, and way stronger than this unit.
