Pros
This bag is sleek and lightweight with plenty of protective padding. It has strap to tie it to carryon or luggage pull handle and back straps are comfortable. Elegant with a very good construction.
It has a streamlined, more grown-up look, with great styling. I like it cause it doesn't have the bulky student backpack. Great price & great product.
Cons
Only disappointment is that the knitting on one of the straps came undone after only two weeks of moderate use. There was no grip to keep it in place.

I have not able to test out the glowinthedark bar on the backpack for nighttime yet
