Pros
Scissors come out easily but don't slip out on there own. Double stitched at all the important seams and send fairly well stitched. Holds the shears really well and seems to be great for civilian use.
Cat tq fits right in snugly and velcro flap holds well. Not too tight, not too loose. Both the recon medical tourniquet and shears fits snug--ideal for not having to worry about them coming loose if the velcro gets torn off/disengaged.
Back strap makes it easy to attach to molle or a belt. Molle compatable backing allows you to mount on plate carrier, chest rigs, rucks, or even a belt. Molle strap hold securely.
Cons
Webbing is thick but without a button, this is useless for me. Not worth the hassle of sending back. Would have taken a couple pictures but just didn't before throwing this garbage away.
