The so-called deep oval roaster is actually only 7cm deep. The inner width, which is stated to be 38cm, is actually 33cm.

Great product easy to clean decent size for roasting
I am not good at cleaning pans
The roasting tin works exactly as you want other than the lid could be a better fit if it and the base had a little deeper lip and recess
