Fairly easy to use, but very disappointed with suction power. In my opinion this makes it unfit for purpose. Wouldn't purchase a ash vac of any kind in the future.

They claim the hose lasts for the life of the vacuum but clearly it doesn’t

I wrote to them and they were adamant that they could not send me a replacement flexible hose claiming that such hoses were available online from other suppliers
