I had tried every remedy i could think of to kill a stubborn sissoo stump which wasnt ground properly when the tree was cut down but saplings kept popping up all over the yard and they were driving me nuts

I added some soap not detergent to this and sprayed it on with a pump sprayer after mowing the euonymus so that there would be exposed cut stems
