Pros
Great setup and service, very prompt response from customer service and amazon teams for setup. Cooling is excellent no compromise there. Everything is good but standard installation cost you more since u have to pay additional cost for ac stand.
Voltas services in kerala are one of the best along with samsung. V adj 2021 1. Comes with 5 yrs warranty.
Cons
The large appliance returning policy is way better than voltas. It is free only if we purchase it from that cheap cheater people. Don't buy electric appliances esp ac online. Go for literally any other brand.
Total disappointment. Faulty product. Service standards are pathetic.
After 5 days of installation ac is not working. Water leakage from indoor side. After customer support is very bad to solve my issue.
