Pros
Texture helps to add as much volume as you want. It's fuller and fluffier. Adds great fullness to your hair. Game charger in my day to day.
Now that i have perfected the used, my hair looks full but not boxy. Not perfect, but not flat and oily. If i over volume, my straight-iron corrects it.
I really love the look and it lasts 2 days (i only wash my hair every other day. It allows me to an extra day of not washing my hair and it looks fabulous. The volume last all day long.
To turn it on, there's a teeny button to push. After the iron’s cooled, you lock it with a sliding closure.
Cons
Item is like a crimper. It crimps the root making it frizzy.
Getting a refund was a nightmare. You do not get a full 30 days to try the product when you factor in shipping time. Not worth it and terrible customer service.
