Pros

This spatula is great for scrambled eggs, sautes, and stir-frys. They scrape cake batter filled bowls perfectly and are perfect for getting into the nooks and crannys of odd shaped containers. Awesome kitchen tool.

Cons

The handle is now permanently bent. Made in china, so over priced. Did not live up to a temperature resistance of 500 degress—not even close.

These are great quality tools that will last for quite a while

So when i started at a different restaurant they only had what i call garbage spats because they are cheap flimsy poor quality spatulas
