Pros
The width and curvature of the breast is good for the size - not too narrow or overly perky. The quality is great, the look is realistic and they feel almost like real breasts! But who wants to worry about those breaking?
Before reconstruction i wanted to find out what size i wanted. They fit nicely in the bra and have a real appearance. They're not too small per cup sizes stated on bras.
The feel is very real, although heavier than what i naturally had. They feel soft and aren't that heavy. They are a bit delicate, so be careful not to fall asleep with them on. It is comfortable, and adheres well to the woman's chest.

Cons
The * is flat, no protrusion as displayed! And cant get it off. If you’ve had a single mastectomy and looking for a prosthetic for the other side, these are just toooo heavy.

If you use a comfortable bra you will need it to be tight to keep these in place

You can wear it easily with 44d but 44dd is loose and way too small for a 44fddd but i have a smaller set i can place behind them in 44f that doesnt look too bad but they never stay in place

Keep in mind that if your bra is loose at the bottom or their is extra room d cup and bigger they will shift around especially in soft stretchy bras

If you get a coarse cheaper bra that has no give they work wonderfully but i have to wear a tank top under it so it isnt too uncomfortable

Do not wear with a tank top with any softstretchy bra material because they will never stay in place they require skin contact to not move around a lot and they still shift somewhat

Instead of using a mixed group they are using a all male cast for a series of local plays
