Ordered a medium in this and it is way too tight in the arms and too short when he does lift his arms up and hes on 5’8

I am 61 and about 200210lb with a fairly broad upper body i ordered a xlarge which is not unwearable but definitely one size too big i am hoping an hour or two in the dryer will shrink it down as i cannot send it back at this time

If you want to wear a thick shirt or sweater underneath id get a size up
