The pole is good but not as strong as i hoped

Forgot to take it down while traveling for a few days and a freak storm came up and blew it over bent it in at the bottom

The telescope mechanism on the lower two parts failed and the pole toppled and broke the rope globe piece

It kept sliding down on me and i probably overdid trying to get it to lock and then it failed

Anyone who leaves the pole fully extended is inviting trouble and should pay for a steel pole
