Pros
The tv is solid and enjoyable for the price. The bundle is a good option, to avoid potential compatability and connectivity issues. The sound bar and included wireless subwoofer have good sound.
Cons
The v435-jo1 freezes up if you switch through channels too fast. I'm annoyed that when it's really dark at night and i turn the assorted brightness controls down, the menu system remains at high brightness.

I suppose this is sensible so vizio doesnt have to constantly try to support an infinite number of apps on the tv which would invariable raise their tv prices a bit
