It ended up being about the same as oeddie puss usual water bowls however so it didnt really matter for us

I havent tried the cat grass soil they sent with the kit they are a bunch of synthetic beads and come with a disclaimer against any injury in the event they may be swallowed too much of a risk for my oeddie but the ceramic container easily contains the usual cat grass i get from the pet store so again not a relevant issue

I got the feeder in black so ill probably just touch it up with a sharpie or something and be careful when i move not to pack it carelessly

I am glad to have purchased this item but if i had to do it again i would look for something cheaper rather than this product

Been about 2 weeks and a decent amount of grass was growing but tons of mold was all over the beads and it smelled really bad

Threw it away and bought some seeds locally and used potting soil
