Laces * beforehand, just as a precaution. Because i have large sized shoes (uk 13), i find it best to put one shoe in each wash bag. The variety in sizes is great.

Cons

Absolute rubbish. It opens by itself in the washing machine the material i super cheap and rips easily after a few washes.
