I think next time ill save the veggies to the end of the preparation space out the coals evenly and then use the mat to grill the vegetables

My husband cooks on a charcoal grill all summer and these would allow me to grill my veggies without worrying about them falling through in fact our neighbor uses them on her gas grill every evening
