Pros

Low-profile, yet still provide sufficient arch support, eliminating my plantar fasciitis. They seem to ease the pain while walking. Heel pain and arch fatigue are no longer daily issues.

Cons

The glue is strong enough that i cannot remove them entirely and re-glue, but they're slowly slipping off to the side on their own as a walk. They fit horribly. Needless to say, these are trash.

This provide no heel cushion at all. Its fabric and very flimsy thin foam. It has a high arch but since there is nothing to keep your foot centered it basically is sliding down the hill created by the insole.

I decided to try these instead of my usual vionic insoles

I put the insole on top of my spenco insole and it helped ease the pain in my heel

I havent found a masonic for plantars fasciitis yet that would give me painfree after walking

They didnt last as long as my vionics but for the price i paid much less than they sell for today they were good
