There is a plastic ring that in the picture looks like it should go under the circular bracket that wraps around the stand post.

It is exactly what it stated in the ad. Works as intended. Perfect for the intended purpose.

The smell of the rubber wheels is an overpowering chemical stench. Thanks for the misleading rating amazon. Now i'm stuck with a worthless box of junk.

The circular clamp is to large. If you tighten the nuts the bearings jam up. The hammock base is wide and when moving it you have a floppy base on these little wheels.
