Pros

The fit is perfect! I have a 60lb lab mix and the xl fits snug with plenty of room for adjustment if need. The vest is highly adjustable to the size of your dog. The velcro under the belly is great and helps cover a large area.

First time swimmer at 4. Extra flap helps elevate jer head when she's in the pool. This flotation device actually works.

It's super convenient to grab and lift and it secures him well. The buckles are a nice extra reassurance of security that can be adjusted. The only thing they should change is to make the d-ring a quality metal instead of the flimsy plastic.

Cons

Head float has to be centered under neck, otherwise animal swims in a circle. I'm not sure if the vest is poorly made or if the size guide is wrong.
