Vitamin c is a great immune system booster. It is especially essential to ward off colds or shorten the duration of colds. Helps me not have them, and also boosts my immune system while i spend all day in a cesspool i.

Since this comes in form of capsules, there is no way i can reduce dosage like in case of tablets i can take half or quarter tablet. Expiration date should be shown on the ad for these supplements. The capsules are little too big to *.
