Pros & Cons
Pros
Product has vitamin c and mineral oil, provides everything. No upset stomach or constipation like with regular iron pills. Vitamin c helps the body absorb iron better.
Cons
The chemicals that go into making it — like benzidine, 4-aminobiphenyl, and p-cresidine — suggest that the dye is a potential carcinogen. Not worth the pain and discomfort.
