Pros

This product helps alleviate cramps better than any product i’ve tried. I have endometriosis and polycystic ovaries. Still feels good to give my body some important nutrients during my period.

Cons

There are tinctures which only have pure cramp bark without any extra herbs. But she says this has done nothing to help her in her time of need. Waste of money.
