Easy to *, with no bitter aftertaste. A generous amount for the cost. Tablets are easy to *. There is no smell or taste on the tablet.
These seem to help ease my unrestfullness if that's even a word. If not for that outlier my sleep tracker suggests i was on track to get one of the best nights of sleep i've had in a while.
