Then i tried to call 2 times to 0808 156 6633 and still had to wait for the answer more than 10 mins both so i left the messages but no any calling back

This time fortunately there was staff picked up the phone and answered

She told me that she will send email about return code and label to stick to the box to my email

I had to call back to ask for the label and this time the staff which was different from the previous one organised everything well
