Pros

This is the only drink, besides water, that keeps me hydrated all day. I have two autoimmune disorders that cause severe dryness.

Cons

It says less than one gram of sugar. Then, the package arrives and you find that it has 27 grams of sugar! Just go to the store, price is not a deal either, even at publix buying one of these is $1. Only received 8 of the 20oz bottle.

They have a weird chemical taste and leave an almost fishy aftertaste in your mouth. Taste like your drinking caster oil. Maybe soap or a sachet. The smell is just pretty nauseating too.

The blueberry ice flavor is repulsive.
