Tiny pills and easy to *. Taste is peppermint and not unpleasant.
Cons
Incite nutrition seems to be three young businessmen. They have sharp edges and stick in the * then begin to disintegrate. These tablets absolutely stink!
The daily dose is 800iu per day, not 4000iu. This bulking agent gives me these issues whenever i inadvertantly take it. Overall a poor supplement. It is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 with a bmi of less than 30 nt.
