For a year’s supply of one capsule per day, this is great value provided you aren’t fussy about the ingredients. Just 1 tablet a day necessary.
Good quality supps from a trusted brand, and recommended totally. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. Last a long time and more importantly it does what it needs to do.
Being uk produced is always important to me as you know certain criteria has been followed. I hope that you have found this helpful.
Cons
Will never again buy this scam. This inconsistency makes me doubt the over features and claims. It's the smell of jeff *'s bad meat that glenda could smell through the vent.

On the down side they are very small and tend to stick together shake them free and you can get an avalanche in general an improvement on tablets

Very pleased overall but i ordered the soft gel and received small tablets instead i have no problem with that but my wife prefers the soft gel
