Pros

Now products never, ever fail to disappoint. They're reasonably priced too.

This nutrient helps with runny nose or congestion. Helped so much w headache brain fog fatigue etc. Having complicated gi issues added this on and i have had no ill effects - gerd etc.

Good balance of vit c and bioflavonoids. Contains flavonoids and rutin. Vitamin c removes heavy metals from the body in high doses.

Cons

Three hours later they are still there with little dissolving evidenced.

Helps keep you from getting sick and easy to swallow and very inexpensive

The only thing i would complain about was that the inside seal of my bottle i received was broken

I was using a different brand and switched to this one because it’s a better value and i’ve still seen the same great results

The bioflavinoids are at the daily suggested amount which was not true with most other brands
