Pros

Was advised by my neurologist to supplement with b12 and have been using these for some time now. They seem to help a little with that and give me a boost. Definitely feel more alert and energetic.

It dissolves and chews up well. The important thing with this is to let it melt under your tongue. This allows it to get absorbed into the bloodstream faster than if it goes into your stomach.

The taste isn’t * or sickly sweet like some others. It's delicious and delivers some healthy energy. Small and pleasantly taste.

Cons

They take forever to dissolve so most of the time i just chewed them. Now i realize it contains xylitol. Costco still carry better quality and competitive price.
