Vitamin b12 gummies are so tasty with my favorite raspberry flavor. These gummy vitamins are tasty and do just that.
If you get sick of swallowing pills and capsules, this is a nice alternative. I need to clarify that i have been using another brand for folic acid and vitamin b12 but always endup having headaches because it didn't suit me.
They aren't super chewy like a normal gummie. After a minute they kinda dissolve in your mouth - which is cool. They are easy to chew and have the same amount of vitamin b12.
These are delicious and effective! And they taste good too, not icky sweet, but sweet enough!
The raspberry flavor is pleasant, but sweet, like candy, as it does have 4g of added sugars. Tasted like real fruit. The texture is a little different from my other gummy vitamins. Got the raspberry flavor so expect that raspberry texture/taste.

I think i am preferring the gummy delivery system i have to take a few supplements now everyday and it is getting old but taking it in gummy form is more like having a candy treat then a hard to swallow funky tasting handful of chalk taste is ok just dont mistake these for candy
