Pros

The pill is easy to *, being a capsule or not too large a size. The gel caps go down easy enough but can be intimidating. Capsule is large but not huge and fairlyeasy to *. The pill has no foul smell as many of them do.

Used for my type 2 neropthy. I formulate my own zma supplement by taking this. Never took specific b complex vitamins before, just what was in my multi-vitamin.

The brand purely holistics is one of my trusted ones from amazon. They offer larger quantities of cleaner vitamins without soy!

Cons

Vitamin b is an important vitamin but the dosages they have are thousands of times higher then the recommended refer above. Unable to sleep, diarrhea, vomiting, headaches.
