Vitamin b2 was recommended by a neurologist to take. I have a spot inside my head that triggers migraines. Myneurologist says it is great for preventing migrainees.
Trusted brand with natures bounty easy to * get your b2 for a good price. This brand happens to be really clean and we have never been disappointed with their products.
Cons
This is a large pill that is difficult to * due to its powdery exterior. The taste cannot be flushed even with a hearty gargle of minty mouthwash.
Description or amazon fulfillment is the problem. It is quite unfortunate. Congratulations on cheating me.

I wont discuss the benefits of vitamin b2 but will say that i could feel a difference and the quality of of these is the same high standard as other natures bounty products
