It takes some getting used to because of the bulkiness. Start with the lowest adjustment size and increase it every 3-4 days by a single notch. The instructions are easy to follow. But small glitch.
These mouthpieces keep your lower jaw forward and prevent that tongue-flopping. Custom teeth impressions in a comfortable gel, for a snug and secure fit.
It still takes some time for my bite to readjust but no more pain. Slept soundly the first night and all nights since. Has prevented clenching and grinding as well.
Cons
Don't buy this and stick with a cpap. The adjustment screws strip out after a few nights. The threads on the screw are too thin to hold under much pressure. Amazon will not refund you.
