The waterproof zipper appears just to be for show. There was much water ingress. Rain cover is useless as the underside is wet after a drizzle.

Because this bag is big enough for your phone is the best part because most shorts i wear my phone drops out of the side pocket or back pocket and i have to keep it in my backpack which is a nuisance when someone calls you or you want to quickly check your distance or something else on the phone

I used it on my road bike but cannot see the screen on my phone when riding as the bag packs low and down and the sun glare does not allow it to be seen
