There is no reported mct value and this only gets an honorable mention in the blurb on the label because of the inherent nature of organic coconut milk powder

Also the protein is pretty low at only 9gs so its not really a good substitute for a protein shake and is unnecessary as a snack and way too high priced for just an afternoon cup for me i am not sold on its value
