Pros
Bcq was first prescribed to me by my naturopathic doctor. This is a great product for people who have lyme disease or other biotoxic illnesses. My sister in-law has cancer, an incurable non hodgkin's lymphoma.
It’s one more piece in the puzzle of my comfort and functionality. Also has a very mild relaxing effect that helps stress.
Cons
Black cohosh is not bcq and could badly impact someone's health. The seal is crinkley, and part of the foil on the seal is visible. Took 120 capsules in 40 days. No effect on pain/inflammation or sleep.
