Pros

These things are sooooo good. Nice size for price. Convenient easy to pack for travel. Price is good here on amazon.

The vitamins are fresh with an expiration date 3/23. They appear to digest without issue.

Compared to other gummy vitamins, these are much tastier. They are softer than gummies and a different consistency all together. Gummies are easy to take especially with swallowing concerns.

Cons

I'm not sure why they decided on thsi flavor, but please reconsider the womens flavor. They are harder than other gummi vitamins. Mostly because the ingredients are synthetic and too much sugar.

It tastes like the cherry goop in those chocolate covered cherries you get from walgreens but hard and plastic, like chemically plastic. Taste like they were dipped in some kind of fuel. Tastes like pure sugar!
