No hardship remembering to take your calcium everyday. Works wonders on my wife’s fingernails - they’re much stronger since she began regularly taking these. This obviates the problem.
Cons
They taste like very slightly fruit-flavored creamy chalk. If you've ever had tums, they taste like if someone made tums-fl flavored taffy.
The label on the back says “take 2” for a total of 38% of your daily value of calcium. The amount of calcium is way too low! Might as well just call this a vitamin d gummy. They are truly disgusting.
