Okay my husband now says i am not allowed to not take this stuff it helps my mood so much

I was taking 1200mgday sometimes 400mg if necessary

It made me feel better within an hour of taking it though it lasted only a few hours at first

The tabs are individuallly sealed as they need to be in order to be effective
