You do and should get some of this from your regular diet many fruits and veggies whole grains and especially nuts and seeds

I agree with some of the reviews that say the pills are very large and hard to swallow

This is the cheapest source of phytosterols available on amazon in terms of mg by a large margin

So of course as usual amazon had it by itself and the price was very reasonable

Product came on time wellpackaged and both men trying it liked it and plan to continue taking it

Including the fact that you have to pay for shipping
