Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

The pot itself is the same awesome clay as the multicooker. It comes with these silicone plugs you can insert in the holes on the lid.

Good-sized beef, lamb, or bison bones. Place two pounds of bones in the pot. Now it's ready to be used for bone broth.

Cons

The ninja crisp pressure cooker runs too hot. It leaves a sticky residue that no alcohol, nor sponge can get off. If you're looking for a clean alternative to your old crock-pot, this is not it.

The steam/fast setting brings it to a * boil in 1/2hr. On slow cook it continues to boil at 212 degrees and that is not a slow cook! Your food just boils and sticks to the bottom.

It seems to me there is something inherently wrong with their product that they have not figured out yet. Very pricey. Warranty is long over.

I was even more surprised by how tender the typically tough tritip meat turned out

Since finding vitaclay life has been so much easier

Bone broth in this is much more flavorable and will gel

I don’t really like the “gluten free” replacements available and most of them aren’t gluten free “enough” for me anyway

I decided to focus on other foods like rice and vegetables and go from there
