Amazon does it the cheapest compared to boots and superdrug’s! And the price is very good. Cons the downside is the tables are very large which i find can be difficult to * but that's just a minor inconvenience.
Contains all the nutrients my body needs. Also replaces iron and vitamin bs. I religiously take a tablet a day.

Some very expensive being mainly vegetarian i wanted to make sure i took something to replace vitamins i maybe missing from my diet
