It's great that its unsweetened and its worth the money! I never want to begin a day without my green tea latte, and this site allows me to get my green on for less money than any other site! Make wonderful lattes and frappuccinos!
it's still good matcha powder just double the price you can pay locally. Understandable given the convenience of online ordering.
It tastes a bit more flavorful than a brewed green tea.
Cons
This is not a smooth, wonderful-tasting, health-enhancing tea. Within hours of drinking a cup now, my heart beat becomes irregular.
For maccha, it is not necessary true that bitterness is bad. The process of producing real maccha is much more complicated and painstaking than hunmatsu-ryokucha.

This tea powder is not as sweet as starbucks which allows you to add sweetener if you want

I tried making them with a white cake mix and they were ok but i think i will mix with angel food mix or half and half and use buttercream icing for special occasions
