Although removing the old gasket and adhesive took some work i am very satisfied with this product

Just installed on grill really easy and awesome product

I cannot yet speak to the durability but the quality out of the box is top notch

If i get two seasons worth of use out of it that will be the true test of the quality as the felt must be replaced annually
